Absolutely! There are links on several program pages to book a free "20 Minute Strategy" call via Zoom or phone. Simply use that link to book your “FREE Strategy Call" to speak to a Fitness and Nutrition Nation Coach directly regarding the fit of any program with your goals
Keep in mind, if you book a call and miss your scheduled time by more than 5 minutes of the start time, the Coach will move on with their day.
Because every client plan is built from scratch, it can take a few business days to complete and load everything. We strive to have all new client plans built, reviewed, and loaded, within 1-3 days from enrollment. Sometimes, specific client needs may take up to 2-4 days to finalize. Especially those involving complex nutrition issues.
Finally, weekend enrollments may have an additional day delay. Our goal is to get all clients fully engaged in their plan ASAP!
Please complete your intake questionnaire as soon as possible once joining as this will be needed to complete your plan.
Fitness and Nutrition Nation is ideal for people who travel frequently for work or vacation often.
We can develop full bodyweight plans or program based on equipment you have available. The same accountability, workout tracking and coaching is all mobile and travels with you.
We will be there to motivate and guide no matter where you are or travel.
Yes. You may change the level of your program within the same family of programs you are enrolled in at any time. BIlling method changes are handled in your customer portal and take place at the next billing cycle.

Before you cancel, make sure you have communicated your needs completely with your Coach.
It is our goal to support you and we will be happy to work to get you on the right path.
At FFN, we can write programs for just about anyone so if you are not getting what you need, speak up!
NOTE: you may cancel your recurring dues 10 DAYS PRIOR to your billing date with written notice directly to your Coach. Please message your Coach in the app and they will facilitate the cancellation.
Keep in mind, FFN is not a gimmick or quick fix and I expect all clients to see results. You must resolve to patiently and persistently execute each and every workout with the mindset of absolute success. One of the challenging situations to work through with clients is their tendency to deceive themselves about how much effort they truly put into a workout, nutrition, or general fitness lifestyle. I seek to avoid that, and we will work with each client to motivate and guide them to the very best of our ability.

Yes! We highly encourage all clients to be active on our social media and their own. Feel free to share your workouts, meals, progress and thoughts.

FNN is not a template generating, cookie cutter workout builder. Every client in every program is interacting and communicating live with fitness and nutrition professionals. Who are developing a highly customized and personalized plan
Of course this level of service is costly, but pays outstanding dividends in your results. There are boatloads of Instagram and YouTube “trainers” and “coaches” offering all variations of non-sense free workout snips to sell their canned programs. We do not take that approach.
Lastly, It has been my overwhelming experience that people looking for a free trial not yet ready to make the commitment to a lifestyle change. So we simply do not take that approach. You must be ready for a change and ready to commit to action to achieve results.
We do not offer a money back guarantee. A great deal of work goes into each custom, highly individualized program. Please be sure you are ready to commit to making “Your” change before you purchase.
Each person has to take responsibility for their own personal health and fitness. We are simply your coaches! Here to guide you and show you the most efficient way to your goals.
But only you can do the work! This is a unique thing about fitness and health. Only you can do the work! You can hire someone to clean your house. Or hire someone to mow your lawn. But you can NOT hire someone to do your workouts! No one can do your work-out for you but you.
Ultimately each person must be responsible our their own fitness, nutrition, general health and wellness. We are not able to determine if you held up your end of the challenge. But we able to offer the correct guidance and if you follow the plan you will see results over time.
I personally see hundreds of people a day come and go in the gym. A large number of them I see routinely, day in and day out, doing their workouts.
One of things I have always noticed is the success or not of many of them. Those who embrace the journey are much more likely to have success. Those who get both their exercise and their nutrition in check are those who have the most success.
It’s amazing how you’ll see one person get everything in check and look like an entirely difference person in 3 to 4 months working out 3 to 4 times a week for maybe an hour. Then I see other people working out 5 to 6 days a week, 1 to 2 hrs a day and look exactly the same after a year or more. These are the people who just never get it all sorted out.
Don't be that last person. Work with FNN to get it all sorted out. Find the success your looking for.
Your personal fitness and/or nutrition coach will determine the general course of coaching calls based on your conservation, your progress, their observations, and any other data gathered along the way. Including information gathered from the original assessment.
The typical coaching session follows a three-point guide which includes workout and fitness review; nutrition or food review; then general mindset coaching.
Most plans include options to submit exercise videos for review. Those will be discussed as well.
Fitness and Nutrition Nation will provide you with a program to fit your desired location and lifestyle. Gym memberships are outstanding at offering a variety of exercise options but are not mandatory to see meaningful success.
Each program will be built around your desired workout structure. Based on what you have available. Whether that is a large commercial gym, smaller fitness gym, home gym, even body weight, callisthenic type exercises.
Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT) is a nutrition-based treatment for many temporary and long-term health conditions. A registered dietitian builds a nutrition plan tailored to your individual needs.
